Everything you need to promote your booth — print the flyer, post the graphics, copy the captions. All of it built to send the crowd to your table.
01Booth Flyer
Print piece — one letter sheet. Post it at your booth, your storefront, and anywhere your customers gather. It carries your permanent Passport QR: attendees scan it at your table to get stamped. Print this page and the flyer fills the sheet on its own.
Your announcement graphics, ready to post — the square for your feed, the vertical for Stories and Reels covers. Download the real files — buttons under each graphic — and post with a caption below.
On your phone: press and hold a graphic to save it — or use the Download button.
Three captions written in your voice — pick one, tap Copy, and paste it under your graphic. Facts, booth number, and hashtags are already in.

Hashtags + Tagging
One shared set, used the same way on every post — that consistency is how the expo trends as one event, not forty separate ones.
1Tag @investwitheig in every post about the expo — organizer, vendor, and attendee posts alike.
2Vendors tag their own account too, so the crowd the campaign reaches can find and follow them.
3Attendees use the shared set on stamp and prize posts — winning posts get reshared from the EIG account.
Your Part in the Campaign
What EIG does for you: your business is featured in the spotlight series, the campaign drives the expo audience for six weeks, and this kit puts ready-made posts in your hands. What you do back is four small things:
1Post your announcement graphic— the week your kit arrives, post piece 02 with one of the captions from piece 03.
2Reshare your spotlight on your spotlight day— when EIG features your booth, that day is yours; share it to your feed and your stories.
3Story your setup on event morning— your table going up, tagged @investwitheig, so EIG can reshare it to the crowd on its way in.
4Tag the event in prize and winner posts— if a winner claims at your booth or your customers post their stamps, tag @investwitheig and use the shared set.
05Your Email + The Campaign Around You
First, the email that is yours to send — to your own list, in your own voice. Then, every email EIG sends around this expo, with the schedule and subject for each, so you know exactly what is being said about the expo and about your booth. Shown for transparency — EIG sends these on the campaign schedule. Your only jobs are the four small asks in section 04. — each blast sends only on approval, per audience. Nothing in this kit sends itself.

06Expo Day — At Your Table
The two things you need within reach on expo day: the 20-second Passport script for your table, and the checklist that runs the day.
WORKING THE PASSPORT AT YOUR TABLE — YOUR 20-SECOND SCRIPT
THE LINE — “Getting stamps today? Scan the card on my table — every stamp is a prize entry, and the draws run every hour.”
IF THEY DON’T HAVE THE PASSPORT YET — “It’s free — open the Passport on your phone (juneteenth.extraordinarybusinesssolutions.com/passport), sign up with just your name and your phone or email — no code, takes 20 seconds — then scan.”
IF A SCAN WON’T GO THROUGH — “No stress — type my code instead.” Your code is the 4-digit number on your vendor app’s home screen. It rotates every hour on its own — read it live from the app when you say it; never write it down or post it.
THE BONUS NUDGE — “Bonus entries stack all day — extra entries at 3, 7, 12, 20, 30 and all 42 stamps, and a full passport is worth 68 entries — send them around the full loop, and tell them to come back and tell you if they win.”
IF SOMEONE WINS — Winners claim at the PRIZE TABLE by the stage within 30 minutes of the announcement — point them there right away; a win should never expire at a booth.
THE REST OF THE RULES — One prize per person. Unclaimed prizes roll to the grand prize.
NEVER — Never promise a prize outcome (the draws are the promise), and never photograph an attendee’s phone or codes.
EXPO DAY CHECKLIST
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
☐ Table card (your permanent QR)
☐ Flyers printed
☐ Vendor app signed in once at home — your sign-in is the phone number from your registration, so the texted code isn’t your first task on the plaza
☐ Card reader and phone charged
☐ Small bills if you take cash
SETUP · 9:00–11:30 AM
☐ Booth up
☐ Table card standing where hands can scan it — not flat under product
☐ Flyer posted at the booth
☐ Story your setup and tag @investwitheig
DURING · 12:00–6:00 PM
☐ Vendor app open — your current code and live stamp count
☐ Work the script with everyone who slows down
☐ Draws every hour from 1:00 PM — listen for your customers’ names
☐ Slow data? The type-the-code fallback always works
CLOSE
☐ Last stamps in before the 5:45 PM closing draw
☐ Winners pointed to the prize table
☐ Your numbers land in the app’s Performance view that week
☐ Early registration for next year reaches returning vendors first
MAKE THE DAY PAY
THE STAMP IS YOUR PITCH WINDOW — “While they scan, you have ten seconds. Don’t waste them on the weather — one line about what you’re known for, and point at it. The stamp brings them to the table; your line is what they buy.”
CAPTURE THE CUSTOMER, NOT JUST THE SALE — The expo crowd is rented attention — the real money is the contact you keep. A list signup (paper sheet or your own QR/link), your handle on every bag and card, and a follow ask at the till: “Follow us — expo customers get first word on what’s next.”
THE EXPO-ONLY OFFER — One deal that exists only that day — a bundle, a two-for, an expo price. It gives browsers a reason to buy now instead of “coming back,” and a small taste or sample converts the ones still deciding.
SOLD OUT IS NOT A LOST SALE — Take the pre-order. Name + number, deposit or full pay, and a pickup/delivery date in writing before they leave the table.
THE CARD IN THE BAG — Something physical in every bag — your card or flyer with a reason to return (next-visit offer, your market days, your site). The bag goes home; the sale shouldn’t end at the plaza.
RIDE THE RECAP — The week after, post your day — your line, your crowd, your numbers from the app — and tag @investwitheig for the reshare. The recap audience is next year’s customers and this year’s second chance.
07Essentials Card
Screenshot this card and keep it on your phone — every fact and link you need on expo day, in one place.
Extraordinary Business Solutions — “We don’t just process payments—we build stronger businesses.”

EIG HQ booth on the plaza · (202) 505-4332
The QR on your flyer and table card is your permanent Passport link above — it never changes and never expires. Each scan picks up your booth’s current hourly code on its own, so the same printed QR works all day, every hour.
